Philippine belly piercing for Alaina

December 2007, Alaina, New York

I got my belly piercing when I went to the Philippines for my vacation.

We were in this mall called Ayala and I heard that the mall had a tattoo/piercing studio. I have always wanted to have my belly pierced and so did my sister.

We went to the studio and checked out some Phat jewelries. I was reluctant and a bit scared when I got there so I had some second thoughts.

My sister who was a bit adventurous got her belly pierced and so did my twelve year old cousin. My aunt had her belly pierced too. Finally, I mustered up all the strength to get my piercing and so I did.

My piercing is like my souvenir from my home-coming vacation in the Philippines. I love my piercing!
